Synopsis

This film journeys through disappearing landscapes and cultures, from Mumbai’s Koli fishing community to the villages of Chhattisgarh’s Hasdeo forest. As the filmmaker bears witness to unchecked development, the camera also captures an inner unraveling, a personal search for safety in a world losing its sacred ground. Through intimate encounters with communities fiercely defending their ancestral waters and forests, the narrative transforms local resistance into a universal plea for survival.
