Synopsis
In a village of the Naga community on the Indo-Myanmar border, seventy years after Indian independence, news floats in that electricity might arrive. People are skeptical as they have been let down too often in the past. An enterprising woman dreams of a better future for her family. A century-old man feels that nothing will ever change. Life flickers between hope and frustration as the village waits. Does electricity arrive? When it does, will it bring the promised joy?
