Synopsis

Makers of Tales is an ethnographic account of the Kaavad Community of Rajasthan. The community of Kaavad makers (known as Basayati Suthars), the storyteller Kaavadiya Bhats and their patrons engage with the researcher filmmaker Nina Sabnani to speak about the importance of the Kaavad in their lives.
