Synopsis
After being caught doing acts of vandalism, Bel and Juliano, teenagers from the outskirts of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, have to fulfill a Socio-Educational measure at the same public library, where they get to know each other. Bel is deaf and about to turn 18, she faces the challenges of communication in Sign language. She skateboards and draws, which catches Juliano’s attention, who’s passionate about rap music. The boy registers his daily life through audios and shares with the girl his anxieties, feelings and uncertainties about his purpose in life. Somehow, Juliano and Bel find ways to resist the toughness of days, the repression and neglect of the System.Details of Crew
